Bombay Brasserie - Samunder Khazana

In awe of the very well to do who can experience the taste of  'the Treasure from the Sea' for £2000 a portion; from the Bombay Brasserie  an Indian  eatery in upmarket London. What is the dish made of, you ask?
 Well , the dish is made of :
  •   Devon crab and white truffle
  •   pressed gold leaf  half cherry tomato filled with Beluga caviar.
  •   four sea snails - 
  •   abalone - which cost almost £300 a kilo 
  •   £80 Scottish lobster  coated in gold,
  •  four shelled quails' eggs  filled  with more caviar.
  •  sliced truffles The five tiny shavings of truffle cost £90 - that is £19 each 
  •  shimmering, edible gold   - is priced at £1,000 for just 10g.
