Kopi Luwak

I'm a food connoisseur,so I'd like to think.  I'm also crazy of coffee, from the aroma of the coffee brewing  to it's bitter taste to the caffeine that energizes me, I enjoy  it all.
I was in awe when I heard that somebody had  paid about  a $100  for a cup of coffee.  I put it on my  "must try" list.
Kopi Luwak, the most expensive coffee is produced on the Indonesian islands of Sumatra, Bali  & Java. Phillipines and Vietnam produce it too.
The civets eat the coffee berry  for its juicy flesh and excrete out the partially digested coffee bean.  The bean is then processed and sold as the most expensive coffee.
These days researchers have come up with ways of producing  Kopi Luwak without  the animals.

Next time you are in a coffee house would you try Kopi Luwak ?
