Being a steak lover, I cannot stop but be in awe of the intensely marbeled Wagyu steak. Wagyu steak from the Wagyu cows of Japan is known for it's marbling characteristics, juiciness, tenderness and expensiveness. The cost of this steak is about $50 per 150 grams of filet steak. Well, the steak does have a good reputation for having a decent amount monounsaturated fats. Cannot imagine the taste of this tender juicy steak. Steak lovers what're your takes?
