While the red, green, orange and yellow bell peppers are a common sight at the super markets, introduced in 1965 these chocolate brown gourmet bell peppers are uncommon and is an excellent addition to fresh salads . I'm in awe of the people who grow these beautiful peppers in their vegetable gardens and are able to enjoy it.
