White Eggplants


I'm relearning the colors of my vegetables and I'm in awe. I love my eggplants grilled, roasted, baked, curried or fried.  No matter what you do to them they  taste good.  Nature is always good to us, providing us abundantly ; there is so much beauty and yet we greedy humans cannot stop plundering.
